Information you provide

Forms can collect your name, email, phone number, property address, referral source, requested service, project role, budget, timing, plans and project messages. Appointment requests also include your preferred date and time.

Files you choose to upload can include photographs, videos, plans, insurance records and signed work authorizations. The separate subcontractor process also requests company and trade details, insurance certificates, tax documents and signed agreements.

Share only information needed for your request and files you are authorized to provide. Use the designated subcontractor form for required tax documents. Do not place payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in general project messages.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss scope and estimates, coordinate requested services, review subcontractor documents, maintain project and payment records, and troubleshoot website problems. Sending a request or making a payment does not confirm an appointment; Numark confirms appointments separately.

Project messages, referral information and project-question responses may be processed by AI services to produce an internal summary or readiness assessment for our staff. These tools support human review; they do not automatically approve appointments, quotes, work or payments. Avoid including unrelated sensitive details in project text.

Service providers and project coordination

We use providers for website hosting, databases, private file storage, email delivery, authentication and AI-assisted inquiry review. The website currently uses Lovable services, Supabase and AI services accessed through Lovable. Providers receive information needed to perform those functions.

Submitted project information is available to Numark personnel reviewing your request. Information may also be shared with contractors, insurers or other project participants as needed for the work or coordination you request, and where required by applicable law.

Payments and external websites

Stripe processes online payments. Numark receives transaction references, payment status, amounts and associated customer contact information to reconcile payments and respond to questions. Enter payment details only in the payment interface.

Links to Home Depot, other suppliers, maps and social networks take you to separate services. Their information practices apply when you use them. Supplier purchases made on those websites are handled by the supplier.

Browser storage and technical information

The website uses browser storage for features such as your selected service city and temporary signing or submission information. Hosting, security and website-monitoring services may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, visited pages and error details when you use the site.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing or blocking storage may reset your selected city or interrupt a signing or submission process. On a shared device, close the session and remove saved files when you finish.

Files, records and privacy requests

Submitted project and subcontractor attachments use private storage and time-limited download links for review. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Records may remain in project systems, email or backups for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal requirements; sending a request does not automatically delete earlier records.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email info@numarkservices.com or call (844) 468-6275. Describe your request without attaching unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need to verify that you are entitled to request the change and determine which records must be retained.
